The Sun in Aries forms a sesqui-quadrate to the North Node in Scorpio (semi-square South Node in Taurus) on
which he follows up with a sextile to Juno in Aquarius, urging us to express our animus and bring forth a more determined, willful side of our nature to be able to evolve our future prospects and move on from past conditions that kept us stuck in a rut, now that we have a chance to make progress in a relationship situation if we assume an active role in these developments. With Mercury in Pisces also engaged in a semi-square to Eris in Aries, it is important that we focus on our self-interests, fully aware of our vision or the ‘ideal’ we have in mind and are longing for. As Jupiter in Gemini perfects his waning quincunx to retrograde Saturn in Scorpio, an adjustment in matters of trusted authority and shared responsibility has to be made, based on this renewal of purpose we’re undergoing and the options we’re presented with at this time.
Tarot card of the day is the “Queen of Swords”, suggesting that we’re finding mental clarity, apply logic and objectivity to a situation and work on problem-solving and detachment from emotions in order to be able to judge and discern impartially. We’re cutting to the chase and get straight to the point. The situation demands that we come into our own by finding independence and autonomy and having the courage of our convictions.
Personal Note: As I’m typing this, it started snowing again. Over the last few days one could really get the impression that instead of spring winter has begun here. After it was finally less cold and the snow flurries had left us alone yesterday afternoon, I truly thought and hoped that this was the end of the snow – but NO! Right now, the weather is pretty depressing. However, I cannot let these climate whims distract me from reaching my goals. I have to straighten out my focus and push my agenda through.
