Astro-Notes on August 21, 2013 – re-evaluation

Since the Moon’s ingress to Pisces at the beginning of the day at 00:43 am EDT could we’ve been feeling more idealistic, imaginative and dreamy. With Venus in Libra engaged in a semi-square to Vesta in Leo and a semi-sextile to Saturn in Scorpio in addition to Ceres in Leo’s sesqui-quadrate to retrograde Uranus in Aries and Mercury in Leo’s semi-sextile to Mars in Cancer it is critical that we keep committed to our inner child or real children/creations and invest our energy into the things we personally enjoy or that are important to us in this regard to feel more harmonious and at peace. Therefore, we need to create order out of chaos and make room for quality time by influencing our circumstances in a way that allows us to balance obligations or chores with fun and play. Once we change our attitude and look at the situation from a different angle that opens our eyes to the possibilities in front of us, our evaluation will alter and we’ll be approaching our day with the intention to nurture ourselves.

Tarot card of the day is the “4 of Cups”, suggesting that we’re consumed with our emotions and thus with life’s twists and turns. Consequently, we could be ignoring the outer world due to being intensely focused on these personal matters. The more important is it to re-evaluate our situation and to look deep within to find the truth or path we’re searching. It is essential that we examine our feelings and thoughts to gain clarity. An offer has been presented to us and we are asked to consider all options carefully before making a decision. Moreover, we’re reminded that we cannot take everything for granted and need to count our blessings. We are the only limiting factor to our endless gain. Awareness of the natural flow of abundance and enhancement is critical.

Personally, I’ve been hoping another shift or consultation would come up to make ends meet. But when I was in Grand Bend yesterday, strolling through the stores and hitting the beach, I realized what has been offered to me. These might be the last nice days of summer in a year that has been very unstable and unpredictable (not just weather-wise) and therefore I should be grateful for being able to enjoy the weather and the beach, which is close enough to where I’m living now. Things can change quickly and then I might not be able anymore to take advantage of these possibilities.
