Tarot card of the day is the “Queen of Wands”, suggesting that we’re renewing ourselves as we’re summoning our creative energy and approach our life’s situations energetically and confident. We are not afraid of challenges and use our tremendous energy constructively as well as within the scope of our capabilities, which means we’re equipped to be successful and to effectively multi-task.
As the Sun and Moon meet up for the Aries New Moon at 2:44 pm EDT, their dispositor Mars Rx in Libra is opposite Eris in Aries, confronting us with a conflict between our attitude and our intentions we need to reconcile if we want to succeed in this competitive world and in the way we seek to partner up. This especially concerns personal tendencies toward single-(even simple-) mindedness or self-absorption, which is repeated in the New Moon’s sesqui-quadrate to retrograde Pallas in Leo that demands from us to review our personal politics and mental stance or state of mind in this context. A semi-sextile between Juno in Aries and Chiron in Pisces requires that we become aware of the role we identify with and then adjust our instinctual reactions in such a way that we are able as well as motivated to end and transcend these problems.
The Sabian Symbol for the New Moon at 9:58 Aries states:
“A teacher gives new symbolic forms to traditional images. Keynote: Revision of attitude at the beginning of a new cycle of experience – ABSTRACTION and emotional allegiance.”
(Dane Rudhyar, “An Astrological Mandala: The Cycle of Transformations and its 360 Symbolical Phases”, Pages 56-57)
It’s time to let go off negativity and self-sabotaging or self-undoing tendencies. Instead of focusing on the ‘wound’ (whining, complaining), we better smarten up, look at the bright side of things and attune ourselves to higher vibrations, while embracing the principle of inclusivity and unity. We are all in this together and therefore, we need to bridge our differences and find common ground. Spring has sprung; thus, we can leave our cave and emerge into the ‘light’.
Tarot card of the day is the “8 of Cups”, suggesting that we’re leaving a situation that is no longer working for us. It is important to know though that good times lie ahead. By realizing that the current cycle is over, we’re disentangling ourselves and moving on. We’re starting on a journey of discovery and seek deeper meaning. This is a card of change and transition.
Tarot card of the day is the “Knight of Pentacles”, a card that contains an element of perfectionism and brings good news in financial matters. It indicates that we are unwavering in the pursuit of a goal, assess our circumstances candidly, are diligent and industrious, follow a routine and pay attention to the mundane and normal parts of life. We assume responsibility and take charge of a situation by accomplishing what is expected from us. This card has a grounding influence.
Personal Note: With Saturn conjunct my natal Sun the Venus square affected and involved me personally in this context. Not even to mention that I’m experiencing my Chiron return and thus, the Merc-Chiron conjunction happened directly on my natal Chiron in house 7, the relationship area (also the house of open enemies! or so it seems from my ‘wounded perspective’/due to self-pity I tend to embrace victimization). Coming from the 6th house of work, quite some team effort was required today that kept me on my toes and feet (I could say we worked our a….. off) with the same message playing over and over again – DETACH. No need to obsess about it – it’s just a job and I’m actually really good at it as long as I don’t take things personally. All I need to learn is that this NOT my apartment – it’s my department. 🙂
Juno in Aries’s square to Pluto in Capricorn that has been formingyesterday saw us struggling with circumstances beyond our control in relationship affairs, where our managing abilities have been tested, while we realized the limitations of our influence in these matters. Mercury in Pisces moved into this aspect with a semi-sextile to Juno in Aries and a sextile to Pluto in Capricorn, and then goes on to engage in a sesqui-quadrate to the North Node-Ceres conjunction in Libra (semi-square South Node in Aries), reinforcing another sesqui-quadrate from the Aries Sun to retrograde Saturn in Scorpio. Thus, by approaching important others and suggesting certain actions we took the first step and broke through the silence or ‘unresponsiveness’. It is critical that we review our future prospects in this regard and make the necessary arrangements for our ‘renewal’ or ‘re-emergence’ on the social scene now that this ‘waiting period’ seems to come to an end if we want to realize our dreams and become masters of our destiny.
Tarot card of the day is the “Page of Swords”, a card that is also called “The Renewer” and is all about communication, information and ideas and indicates the ability to rise above emotional confusion. The Page or Princess of Swords represents commitment to a new way of life, because of the settling and cutting away of past inner conflicts, the regaining of mental clarity and a victory over emotional moods. Manifestation of our dreams can actually happen in the not so distant future as she delivers messages of change and news of official matters.
Tarot card of the day is the “Page of Cups”, representing some sort of beginning or renewal, which could herald a positive message we respond to in an emotional manner. Our intuition is sharp today and creative energy is trying to burst forth into our consciousness. Therefore, we need to be open to receive, express our emotions and let our heart lead the way. This card encourages us to take a fresh perspective on a difficult issue and to allow our creative Self to come to the fore so that a sense of freedom may reappear in our life.
Tarot card of the day is the “Knight of Wands”, suggesting that an important matter is likely to enter our life and demand our attention. Therefore, we have to be ready to react quickly and to go with the flow. Our present situation will soon change and we have to make important decisions. Consequently, we’re charging forth with ideas and visions to make things happen, while tackling any challenge that stands in our way. It is important that we show ambition, are high-spirited, strong-willed and determined and take calculated risks.
Tarot card of the day is the “4 of Pentacles”, emphasizing a need for practicality and solid foundations, which requires that we learn to control our environment and take command over our life. We want to be in charge over our circumstances, build up our life, hold onto what we achieved so far and also reach for our goals. Therefore, we have to set limits and rules, don’t give in to any weaknesses and create order where it is needed. This card moreover urges us to let go off anxiety and count our blessings. Our situation is not as bad as we fear.
