– Pallas in Aries opposite Jupiter Rx in Libra and sesqui-quadrate NN in Leo/semi-square SN in Aquarius
– Full Moon at 20:24 Scorpio/Taurus at 2:42 pm PDT
– Mars in Gemini square Neptune in Pisces
Preceding the Scorpio Full Moon, the Taurus Sun formed a trine to retrograde Pluto in Capricorn, indicating that we’re feeling empowered as the result of having slowly rebuilt our self-esteem and sense of security.
After the nodal axis changed signs yesterday from the mutable Virgo/Pisces polarity to the fixed Leo/Aquarius polarity, a major shift in regard to our life direction and destiny is happening. While we had to deal with experiences related to health and service versus sacrifice and victimization for the last 18 months, we’ll be undergoing experiences related to our creativity and identity versus differentiation and group purpose for the next 18 months and this journey begins with Juno stationing retrograde in Capricorn and Mercury forming his final conjunction with Uranus in Aries.
So, this shift coincides with a period (Juno retraces her steps to 2:43 Capricorn, which lasts until August 27) during which we’ll be reviewing our relationship principle and the role we’ve established for ourselves in this context, especially in the way it structures us (limits, restricts, oppresses, frustrates, strengthens, provides us with a sense of achievement, competence, mastery or control) and whether this works for us in our interchanges with others or not.
The news we received or the trends and processes that emerged and about which we are learning or informing ourselves serve as inspiration to change the way we think and plan, connect and associate. In fact, we’re reforming our mind and attitude so that we can truly start over. With Pallas in Aries opposing retrograde Jupiter in Libra and casting tense octile aspects to the nodal axis, we have to review our options and then evaluate our approach of these matters and get creative, in particular in regard to how our social circle or the way we network fits into the bigger picture. It will be essential to break away from past patterns in this context, because how we sought to individualize and pursued our purpose in the past didn’t bring us the results we were looking or hoping for.
With Mars square Neptune, we’re challenged to overcome this lack of clarity and direction we’re struggling with and to find out where we got it wrong and what we need to do in order to move things forward.
Consequently, as the Taurus lunation cycle culminates in the Scorpio Full Moon, the impulse that sounded forth at the time of the Scorpio New Moon back at the end of October of last year will also come to fruition. “A new quality of Being” (keynote of the Sabian Symbol for the Taurus New Moon) has led to “inner freedom” (keynote of the Sabian Symbol for the Scorpio Full Moon) and “a quiet openness to higher inspiration” (keynote of the Sabian Symbol for the Scorpio New Moon from October 30) has resulted in “a finger pointing to a line in an open book”, which means we “learnt to discern what in our culture and religion is meaningful to us personally” (Sabian Symbol and its keynote for the Taurus Sun).
The Sabian Symbol for the Full Moon at 20:24 Scorpio states:
“Obeying his conscience, a soldier resists orders. Keynote: A readiness to face the results of a refusal to follow the authoritarian patterns of an aggressive society – INNER FREEDOM.”
The Sabian Symbol for the Sun at 20:24 Taurus states:
“A finger pointing to a line in an open book. Keynote: Learning to discern what in your culture and religion is meaningful to you personally – SUBSERVIENCE TO COLLECTIVE VALUES.”

Not only do we have to ‘abandon’ the path we followed for so long together with the things we know and learnt, we also cannot take everything we are being told and taught at face value or as our ‘only truth’, but have to discover for ourselves what is relevant for our cause or has value for us personally.
Tarot card of the day is the “King of Wands”, a card that represents increasing belief in ourselves and rising self-confidence. We’re focusing our intent and learn to act in the moment. Strongly motivated and engaged, we know we will succeed. This is a day to be courageous, entrepreneurial and to reach for our goals. Moreover, we have the ability to control our environment and live our life with intent and vision. It’s important to remain focused on our long-term goals. Opportunities coming our way today have to be navigated with a clear sense of direction and the understanding that we’re the determining factor in this situation and can tackle any challenge.
