– Full Moon at 18:53 Sagittarius/Gemini at 6:09 am PDT
– Jupiter stations direct at 13:12 Libra at 7:02 am PDT (rx since Feb 7 – new territory on Sep 7)

– Pallas in Aries trine Saturn Rx in Sagittarius

As the Gemini lunation cycle culminates in the Sagittarius Full Moon with both luminaries in adjusting aspects to retrograde Pluto in Capricorn, the impulse that sounded forth at the time of the Sagittarius New Moon at the end of November of last year also comes to fruition. Moreover, Jupiter, the ruler over the sign Sagittarius and thus over the Full Moon, who has been in retrograde motion since February 7, stations direct in Libra in sextile aspect to Vesta in Leo.

Consequently, after we reviewed and re-assessed our social and relationship options for the last 4 months, it is time to balance them where needed together with the principles and viewpoints (or ‘truths’) these were based on and to evaluate opportunities with a more balanced perspective that is fair and just to ourselves in these settings so that we don’t shoot ourselves in the foot (Vesta is also sesqui-quadrate Chiron) or create unnecessary problems and hardships for ourselves, while wasting our energy on causes that bring us no return. We should only compromise when it’s beneficial for both parties involved and we also don’t need to feel guilty when we don’t meet others’ one-sided or unbalanced expectations. This requires from us to take matters into our own hands and to be willing to utilize our power and resources to change our life the way we want to live it. Moreover, it is critical in this regard that we concentrate on and dedicate us toward ourselves and our personal fulfillment.

With Venus in sextile to Mars, tending to our intentions and acting in accordance with our own values will support our needs, talents and sense of self-worth. A trine from Pallas to retrograde Saturn shows that we don’t need to struggle any longer in a situation that has burdened us for a long time – our fight has come to end, because our direct approach of these conditions has helped us to reach our goal. Therefore, looking at what was seeded at the beginning of these cycles and is now ‘flowering’ in the symbolical language of the Sabians – ‘the revolutionary magazine asking for action’ (Sabian Symbol for the Gemini New Moon) has resulted in the ‘discovery of a new way of living and more wholesome surroundings’ (keynote of the Sabian Symbol for the Sagittarius Full Moon), which is the outcome from the ‘psychic gestation’ (keyword for the Sabian Symbol for the Sagittarius New Moon from November of last year) period we underwent that has led us to a ‘traditional wisdom’, something we’ve known all along – if conditions in our environment don’t support our ‘growth’ we have to move on from there and in typical Sagittarian fashion look to ‘where the grass is greener’.

The Sabian Symbol for the Full Moon at 18:53 Sagittarius states:

“Pelicans menaced by the behaviour and refuse of men seek safer areas for bringing up their youth. Keynote: The need for people concerned with the future to discover a new way of living and more wholesome surroundings – SURVIVAL.”

The Sabian Symbol for the Sun at 18:53 Gemini states:

“A large archaic volume reveals a traditional wisdom. Keynote: Contacting the all-human planetary Mind underlying any cultural and personal mentality – SEED KNOWLEDGE.”

Tarot card of the day is the “Queen of Pentacles”, representing an aspect of ourselves or others that is concerned about economic security and the promotion of physical wellbeing. We’re not only tending for ourselves, but also for our possessions. This involves being practical and capable in business affairs, in particular what effective management concerns, where we need to employ down-to-earth common sense and help things to flourish. Putting duty first, we use our resourcefulness to provide stability, to safeguard and to preserve.
